Our saffron is born from the bond with our land and our territory, from the rediscovery of an ancient history and tradition and from a strong passion for quality. Our natural agricultural methods allow us to produce a superior quality spice, deep red in colour and with a strong round fragrance, containing all of the nuisances of the red gold.
Crocus Sativus are grown without the use of motorized tools. From planting to harvesting, everything is made by hand
While growing our flower, we do not use chemical substances, neither for fertilization nor for pests control
Thanks to our spice preparation techniques, we make sure that all of the richness and shades of taste of saffron are preserved
Saffron has traditionally been produced in Val Curone. The valley has always been a commercial road for Genovese and Milanese people, that appreciated the spice produced here for centuries
In our farming we always pay great attention to the balance and health of the environment that surround us
In what we do we always try to pay attention not only to the agricultural aspect of what we do, but also to the stories of the places that surround us and of the people that live in them
